Although being Latin-American and came from a coffee country, these three years living in Panama have given me the opportunity to learn how to start loving real coffee. My level of ignorance was such that today I regret not having being interested in coffee earlier in my life, but, never too late! I think there is something related to my age (30’s) which gives me this love-felling about coffee, its flavour & aroma.
